Compatibility of TQSoft Thermal Validation Systems
Advanced TQ Thermal Validation Packages can provide the following communication functions for data loggers or recorders, thermal baths and temperature references.
- Multiple channel configurations available for instant download to multi channel data loggers or recorders.
- Multiple sensor calibration files available for instant download to multi channel data loggers or recorders that have programmable adjustment registers.
- Configurations, calibration, plus the data collection rates are held in Test Specifications selectable by operator when a test is started. TQS then programs and configures the data logger or recorder before collecting data.
- Locks operator access to data logger or recorder during the testing phase. TQS interface is 21CFR Part 11 compliant and the data device is secured and configured and controlled by TQS before and during data collection phase. So the system is considered 21CFR Part 11 compliant.
- Communicates with thermal bath and temperature reference during the calibration or calibration check process to provide a fully traceable automatic process for up to 12 temperature points.
